Twitter announced some big changes to its platform yesterday in the hopes that it will help boost the companies poor performance in the past few years. However, in my opinion, it’s just not enough.
I’m a huge tech enthusiast, eager to get my hands on the latest gadgets & I’m a European resident. Those two facts just don’t cooperate nicely.
Now, I’m not the best person to talk to about politics, economics or technology, but I feel like I know a fair bit (particularly as technology is one of my biggest interests). So, today I’m going to take a punt and talk about some of the biggest advancements for humanity in 2014 as part of my “Top 5 2014” series of blogs & videos I’m running. This post is the 4th out of 5.
James Pratters 2.0 is a new project I’ve been working on as an extension to my YouTube channel. I stopped making YouTube “vlogs” in May for various reasons (which I’ll explain in a later blog post), and I have been wanting to make something new since August. I thought to myself that it’s been so long since I made a video that it would be appropriate to have a “rebranding” of my channel and my online persona- hence James Pratters 2.0. It’s like an update (nifty, eh?).
For more details on what the project consists of, please visit my About page. As for this blog, I just wanted to give an introduction and explain a few things to my potential audience.
